V. CLAIRE WYANT-CORTEZ, our firm's Managing Partner, received her Bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University and her Juris Doctor in Law from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1995, she began practicing law in 1996 with a focus on real property, corporate, probate, guardianship and community association law. Ms. Wyant-Cortez is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is also admitted to practice in the United State District Court, Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and is an unrestricted member of the Attorney's Title Insurance Fund.

V. DONALD HILLEY, is our firm's founding partner and has since retired from Hilley & Wyant-Cortez, P.A. He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor in Law from Nova Southeastern University Law Center in 1986, where he was on staff of the Nova Law Review. Mr. Hilley opened his own private general practice in 1989 with a focus on landlord/tenant, real property, corporate, probate, guardianship and community association law. Mr. Hilley is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also an unrestricted member of the Attorney's Title Insurance Fund.
